Meet Isabella The Founder

Please allow me to introduce myself!
My name is Isabella, and I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Milano Italy. I know, I’m lucky!
When I decided to relocate to the United States in 2011, it was because I truly enjoyed the American mentality and culture. However, I maintain a strong sense of pride for my home country and its food (I mean… culture lol).
Since discovering how much Americans enjoy Italy over the years, I’ve found myself telling stories about my family and friends, as well as about my travels throughout the country.
Then I had an epiphany: why not share everything I know about Italy with the world, including all of my favorite places, foods, and insider tips that only an Italian would know?
When I was living Italy I used to go on vacation to the United States.
It was than that I discovered how little we knew about each other and how we assumed other cultures live in the same way we do.
Actually, it couldn’t be further from the truth; every country has its own culture, based on its history, people, and language.
For example:
If you’re planning a trip to Italy, don’t be surprised if you find that air conditioning is not very common.
When I moved to the United States, I was shocked to see how many places had air conditioning, since it’s not something you find much in Italy.
So if you want to make sure your vacation is extra comfy, be sure to look for a place that has air conditioning in the rooms!
